At present, you may use certain letter-generation features without creating an account. In the future, we may allow you to register an account with your name, email, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Without limitation, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service to engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity.
• Input false or deliberately inaccurate information for the purpose of misleading third parties.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, text, design, graphics, logos, and templates (excluding the information you provide), are owned by Violation Scan Pro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER VIOLATION SCAN PRO NOR ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Violation Scan Pro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, to the extent permitted by law. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, when required by law, provide additional notice. To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
